Crossroads Insurance has grown from humble beginnings in 1972 to a two-branch insurance broker with offices in both the north and south ends of the city. The company is committed to personal relationships so their customers never feel like “just a number”. When a loss occurs, Crossroads supports and advocates for their customers, ensuring clients get what they’re owed.
Relish was asked to create a totally new brand for the company, with an eye to reflecting their values. An understated design aesthetic and two-colour palette were created to give the brand an immediate visual distinction among competitors. Website and promotional copy was shifted to a more friendly, casual tone to reflect the company’s approach to insurance.
